The hype surrounding Caitlan Clark's visit to Seattle tonight against the Storm with dual KOMO live shots at 6 falls flat on the CW broadcast as the Indiana Fever star has a bad night, just 6 points on 3 for 13 on FGs and 0 for 5 on threes (16%), second worst of her career, but she did have 9 assists. I think viewers and a packed house wanted a whole lot more. It happens.
"I am no longer at Komo 4." Thanks. Longtime Weather Anchor Rebecca Stevenson confirms that she left the station just before Christmas. Her last Facebook posts are 12/17. She has the Seattle station Quintafecta, having worked at the old NWCN, KING, KIRO, KCPQ and KOMO. Looks like her decision. Wants a new chapter. She was doing mainly weekend evenings for KOMO. Perhaps Stella Sun will move there. She has been sharing weekend mornings with Theron Zahn.
But, did the Storm win?
ReplyDeleteNo, lost by 8 but were down 20 in the 4th.
ReplyDeleteEveryone has a bad night every now and then. It's unfortunate for KOMO that it happened to Caitlin last night, but she'll undoubtedly go on to have many great nights throughout her career.
ReplyDeleteIt probably did a good number, but it was a disappointment. I turned it off early.
