There has been plenty of discussion on this site about the sports situation in Seattle TV, in particular the lack of a sports department at KIRO 7 and the seemingly stretched one-man operation at KOMO. Well, KOMO is listing a job opening for a sports MMJ to help with coverage of all of the teams. With all that's going on now and what's ahead in Seattle sports, it seems about time. If KOMO is finally going to hire some much needed help for Niko, then this is good news indeed!
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Hopefully the station will be able to find someone good to help out. This might be something Charlston-Smith could end up pursuing IMO with her having helped out this summer on the KOMO Storm broadcasts but we'll see
