Some KIRO female folks lifted a glass or two and got together to celebrate their work at the station.
Below, I see my friend Diane Denison Bowers,, Michelle Millman, Monique Ming-Laven, Angela Poe Russell, Natalia Dotto, many more, and. of course, the legendary Deborah Horne. Post courtesy of Tairsa Worman, who worked for me at NWCN later in her career.
An update on the photographer situation at KIRO below. I've also seen a mobile billboard driving around the Seahawks game purchased by the photographers union.

Thank you. Appreciated.
DeleteGreat to see some of KIRO's best and brightest, both past and present, enjoying a well deserved night on the town!
ReplyDeleteKIRO is a great name in Seattle broadcasting, but it is confusing, since TV and radio have been owned be separate companies and have nothing to do with one another, that they both have the same call letters.
