"I am no longer at Komo 4." Thanks. Longtime Weather Anchor Rebecca Stevenson confirms that she left the station just before Christmas. Her last Facebook posts are 12/17. She has the Seattle station Quintafecta, having worked at the old NWCN, KING, KIRO, KCPQ and KOMO. Looks like her decision. Wants a new chapter. She was doing mainly weekend evenings for KOMO. Perhaps Stella Sun will move there. She has been sharing weekend mornings with Theron Zahn.

I enjoy your posts, and I try to understand why you’re so averse to streaming. But I wish you’d give it a try. I’m sure you know someone who has a smart tv. I’m a boomer and I’ve been watching all the local channels streaming. It’s easier to go back and forth between them. The KING app, and the FAST channels that carry KING, do carry the KONG morning news starting at 7. Only the commercials are different.
ReplyDeleteThanks for writing. I am not averse to streaming at all, I just prefer my old school style of watching TV news the way I always have for some 70 years. I am a child of the TV generation, I guess. I know streaming news is the future, but I only stream movies and series and documentaries that I watch in spurts for convenience. I appreciate you reading the post, updating me and sharing some info.
