Here's some food for thought: Will Pete Carroll turn up as a regular on Seattle media this season to talk Seahawks? Not on KING, they have a team partnership. Not KIRO radio, they carry the games. KIRO-TV no longer has a sports dept. KJR works with Mike Holmgren, but they do have the Husky broadcasts, so maybe Pete? KOMO? Fox13? Too costly? Maybe he doesn't want to criticize team on radio or TV? Maybe he wants to come back as a coach if a team is in trouble mid-season? Maybe he is writing anothe book? He's not going to disappear is he?
Fun to speculate. Any thoughts?
My thinking is he will chill for a year. Enjoy watching as a spectator, then after this season, who knows. He probably could do national media as he is super telegenic.
