With a new meteorologist starting Monday morning on KOMO Seattle, Theron Zahn, the jack of all trades, is back on weekend mornings with anchor Lee Stoll.   

  Liz Dueweke confirms she is returning to Seattle from El Paso.   She was at a Sinclair station there so would it be a transfer to Sinclair here?  Nah...she worked unsuccessfully at KOMO before, but they have no stars after Eric Johnson left, so keep an open mind..   KIRO has Elle Thomas and Monique at top females, so where would she fit?    Fox 13 might invite her back and replace Jade Elliott on weekends?  But that is a major demotion, especially since the weekend shows are on the duopoly station.    So. will she get work???    MY PREDICTION: She replaces Kim Holcomb on Evening.   Or, second choice, Amity Addrisi on New Day, both shows on KING.  You heard it here first.

First, an apology for FTV's post Wednesday that KOMO meteorologist Shannon O' Donnell was married to the new weather guesser, George Waldenberger from Orlando. Meanwhile, the blog reports that former KOMO and KCPQ anchor Liz Dueweke is trying to get a job in Seattle again after leaving her gig in El Paso after 13 short months.  He reports no takers. so far.     I don't think KING would want her, but who knows about KIRO, except that they are making cuts over time.  We shall see.

In a mistaken blog done by a Florida site, KOMO evening meteorologist was said to be married to the new KOMO weather hire, George Waldenberger, from Orlando.  Ooopsy.  Not correct, just a new hire she was pictured with on X.    Shannon said her inbox was flooded with notifications of the mistake, but she kindly called it "very funny."  The post was eventually deleted on ftvlive.com after we notified about the error.
